The former Hansa Brewery complex, comprising several industrial buildings—some dating as far back as 1899—has been transformed into 33,000 m² of luxury apartments and commercial units.

Upon completion, all concrete facades were meticulously cleaned using Controll Deepclean, followed by a protective treatment with Controll Topseal, ensuring a durable and elegant finish.
