Located near Bodø in Northern Norway, Salten Smolt has been producing, marketing, and selling smolt since 2001. The 20-year-old flow-through facility has now undergone significant expansion, modernization, and upgrades, with the goal of doubling production to 8-10 million fry. The new facility in Breivik spans 10,000 m², with a floor area of 7,000 m², constructed by Total Betong AS.

To prevent future concrete and reinforcement damage, all critical surfaces are treated with Controll Innerseal®.
